  • A 2 hour webinar with Q&A on 5 March at 7pm (UK time). Learn about the metabolic changes that are going on at menopause

  • 3 x 1 hour group online (via zoom) coaching sessions will help you get more tailored advice from me to help sustainable change (10th, 19th and 26th March at 7pm UK time)

  • Helpful downloads including a food diary, recipes and breakfast ideas

  • How to shift weight around the middle pre-recorded session to view before the course starts

  • All sessions will be recorded for you to refer back to again and again

Meet Your Reset Nutritionist

Karen Newby

Karen Newby is a specialist menopause nutritionist with over 11 years clinical experience. She holds a BSc in Nutritional Medicine and is a registered nutritionist with BANT and CNHC. Author of The Natural Menopause Method: a nutritional guide to perimenopause and beyond, she hosts regular retreats, corporate talks and workshops on nutrition and lifestyle medicine for menopause. Her approach is highly practical, realistic and achievable - to help clients gain the greatest effects from simple changes.
